Ready to book your Discovery Call?

Use the scheduling tool on this page to choose the best day and time for your schedule.

Discovery Calls are available on:

• Mondays: 2:30 p.m., 3:00 p.m., 3:30 p.m. (Central Time)

• Wednesdays: 10 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 11:00 a.m. (Central Time)

Once you have booked your Discovery Call, you will receive an email with a pre-call questionnaire. Please ensure you have submitted your questionnaire at least 24 hours before your Discovery Call, or your appointment will be canceled.

The questionnaire will ask for a little more information about you, your health goals, and what approaches you’ve tried to meet those goals. It takes most people less than 15 minutes to complete.
